PART OF THE TEAM...
Coach Tia Marsden
Coach T is a part of our coaching team you will see around all lessons helping out when she can. Tia is the biggest help at our competitions and is a big part in keeping our competiiton days running smoothly, helping us with costumes and unfiorms and making sure everything is perfect before we head out to competiitons. Tia has been with the team since day one and is a massive part of our team.
Coach Alan Massey
Alan has recenetly become a part of the team at Apex. Alan ran a team in Openshaw manchester called Sporting Dynamite which unfortunately shut down during COVID. Since Alan has came to us Apex has welcomed members from sporting dynamite and put them into our teams at Apex. Sporting dynamite was founded in 2009 by Alan and was a very successful club!
Since being part of Apex, Alan has got well and truly stuck in! letting use his equiptment and offering support to our members. Alan is now welcome to help us coach any sessions at Apex and you will be seeing him a lot during sessions...
We know that we will learn so much from Alan.
Coach Katie Armstrong
Coach Katie has been helping Apex for a few years now!
Kate has years of experience as a coach, a cheerleader
herself and a UKCA judge. As well as a big cheer background
Katie is also a qualified burns nurse, what ever time katie has spare she comes down and dedicates that spare time to Apex. Katie has really helped us move forward and make so much change as a team this year and we are so greatful for all the support she gives to us.
ASSISTANT COACHES
Jasmyne Jade Cronin
Jas came to us at the beginning of this season after years of experience at another team which unfortunatley shut during COVID. Jas has completed her health and social course at Manchester college openshaw and has a real love for wokring with our younger members. Jas is a talented performer and passes on her love of dancing and performing to our younger members in our TINY BOOGIE class and assiting Vicky in our Apex Ninjas team.
Emily Page
Emily is also a new member to the team, she came to
Apex knowing that as much as wanting to cheer
herself she really wanted to assist with our little ones.
On her first week she began lessons and got stuck in
with our Teenies Cheerleaders, Apex Goldstar.
Since working with them she has struck up great
relationships with them and has fit in really well, she makes a great role model to our younger members.
